Nourish Night combines a guided conscious‑connected breathwork session with a delicious and healing, seasonal meal. The evening is designed to help you release what holds you back, re‑centre your nervous system, and replenish body and soul.

Breathwork Session
You will be gently led through conscious‑connected breathing, a practice shown to ease stress and anxiety, dissolve emotional blockages, and awaken inner vitality. Safety is paramount in every session we hold, creating a welcoming space for newcomers to ask questions and feel fully supported while navigating powerful healing journeys. The breathwork invites you to tap your own capacity for growth and lasting emotional and mental balance.

About Your Facilitator
I’m Jake, a certified Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Practitioner. My own journey with Breathwork began over 10 years ago, during a time when I was struggling with severe anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Breathwork became the catalyst for my transformation — guiding me to emotional freedom, deep connection, and a genuine love for life. It is now my privilege to share this modality so others can access the same healing and resilience.
